Magdalene Addo

Executive Underwriter

Magdalene is a graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science. She has also obtained a Diploma in Insurance from the Malta International Training Centre/Ghana Insurance College (CII-UK) in 2019, in addition to participating in several insurance and reinsurance training programs and forums. Beginning her career in 2017 as a Front Desk Executive at Millennium Insurance Company Limited, Magdalene has gained significant experience in customer service, broking, underwriting, and reinsurance, rising to the position of an underwriter and reinsurance executive. Magdalene joined W-Safe Re in October 2022 and currently serves as an underwriting executive, overseeing West Africa Operations with an extension to the Sudanese market.
