With 13 years of experience in the reinsurance sector at Aegis Re Brokers Ltd, Acentria International Reinsurance Brokers, and Continental Reinsurance Ltd, Nicholas has honed a diverse skill set that includes interpersonal communication, organizational planning, analytical thinking, prioritization, decision-making, flexibility, and proficiency in computer applications.

His accolades include being recognized as the best student in liability insurance by the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK), and receiving the Brand & Values Award at Continental Re.
