Shiv brings a wealth of experience, having dedicated his entire career to the insurance industry. With a proven track record of 25 years, Shiv has acquired extensive knowledge and technical know-how. He has held several senior positions, including stints at SANLAM GI and ARC RE, and is particularly renowned for his expertise in General Insurance.

He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) UK and has completed a professional insurance program with the National Insurance Academy in India. Thanks to his strong network, solid grasp of insurance and reinsurance markets, and deep understanding of client needs, Shiv is a remarkable leader.

Driven by a venturesome spirit, he joined W-Safe Re as Senior Manager Underwriting, where he oversees business acceptances for both Treaties and Facultative at the group level. Shiv’s substantial business acumen, professionalism, and global strategic vision have helped him add significant value to his role and contribute to the company’s business growth.
